A Decision-Making Training Was Held at the Academy for Heroes

As part of the Soft Skills module for veterans, the Academy hosted a training session titled “Decision-Making and Responsibility,” conducted by Doctor of Economics, Professor, Head of the Department of Management of Organizations at the National University “Lviv Polytechnic,” and member of the Supervisory Board of Kredobank, Nataliia Chukhrai.
During the training, participants had the opportunity not only to learn about modern approaches to managerial decision-making but also to work through practical cases that help act confidently in complex life and professional situations.

Nataliia Ivanivna demonstrated deep expertise, extensive training experience, and an exceptional ability to engage the audience in active work. Real-life examples, practical exercises, and open communication created an atmosphere of trust and genuine professional development.

Participants noted that such trainings help them look at their own capabilities from a new perspective, which helps them confidently plan their next steps, as the knowledge gained is extremely useful for their further professional activity.
