Academy for Heroes Held an Educational Retreat in Shatsk

On August 23–24, veterans studying at the Academy for Heroes took part in an educational retreat in Shatsk, hosted at the National University “Lviv Polytechnic.”

The program included a training session on critical thinking and creativity, as well as an IT masterclass delivered by the Academy’s experienced instructors. Participants worked on developing skills essential for both professional and personal growth.

The retreat was organized in cooperation with the NGO Society Initiatives Institute within the framework of the project “Veteran Resource Hub IT Academy,” supported by the Ukrainian Veterans Foundation of the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine and co-financed by the “Askold and Dir” Foundation, administered by ISAR Ednannia as part of the project “Strong Civil Society of Ukraine – a Driver of Reforms and Democracy,” funded by Norway and Sweden.
