Enrollment is open for the “Logistics” course for vulnerable population groups in Lviv!
This course is about practical knowledge that explains how systems work in real life: why delays occur, where resources are most often lost, how unnecessary costs arise, and how to fix these issues through logic, data, and sound decision-making.
During the course, participants will not only cover the fundamentals but also work through key areas of enterprise logistics: procurement, production, distribution, logistics services, inventory management (with models and problem-solving), transportation (including cost calculations), and warehousing (case studies and tasks). To reinforce knowledge, the program includes business games and simulations such as the logistics system Bottleneck, Lean production, Business on the Move, and the well-known role-playing Beer Game focused on supply chain management.
