Learning and Development Lead Olha Ovsiantska-Yanishak, who organized this visit, talked about how the learning processes work at ELEKS. Olha introduced the veterans to the importance of the educational function, shared various soft and hard skills programs offered by the company for its specialists, and highlighted social projects — in particular, the course “Return from War: First Steps in IT”, which recently won an award on the well-known IT platform DOU.
Later, Tetiana Fedoriv, Competency Manager (PM), spoke about project management at the company, shared success stories, revealed the secrets of effective leadership, and recalled interesting and unusual situations she had encountered.
The final part of the visit was a conversation with Volodymyr Shevchuk, Competency Manager (Frontend Developer), who openly spoke about the specifics of this work, the main challenges, inspired the veterans, and shared practical advice for those who are just taking their first steps in this field.
