Veterans studying at the Academy for Heroes visit ELEKS

This is an important step for their future careers in the IT industry.

During the meeting, Learning & Development Lead Olha Ovsianetska-Yanishak shared the development story of ELEKS, highlighting the involvement of employees in military operations and significant projects supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine (ZSU).

HR Manager Marta Partem provided detailed insights into the company’s approach to working with personnel, emphasizing the social and psychological support offered to employees. Other key topics included work schedule organization and relocation opportunities for the company’s specialists.

Special attention was given to presentations by Senior Project Manager Tania Fedoriv and QA Competency Manager Andriy Zarytskyy, who shared practical aspects of working in project management and IT product testing. They presented real case studies from their professional experience, helping veterans better understand the demands of the modern IT sector.

The Academy for Heroes is actively expanding its partnership network among IT companies in the Lviv region, providing internship and employment opportunities for its graduates. Every veteran who completes the training is expected to secure a worthy position in the Ukrainian IT market.
