Who is this training for

We invite people from vulnerable population groups to free training, including:

  • demobilized servicemen and members of their families;
  • people with disabilities;
  • families raising two or more minor children;
  • IDPs;
  • family members (first degree of kinship) of prisoners of war and fallen or missing defenders of Ukraine;
  • people aged 55+ and other categories (view the list).

 

The training is implemented in partnership between the NGO “Academy for Heroes” and the “Lviv Regional Organization of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society”.

What you will learn during the course:

We will guide you step by step from idea to creating your own business. After completing the course, you will:

  • understand the basics of micro-entrepreneurship and how small businesses operate;
  • learn how to find and validate business ideas;
  • discover how to calculate costs, set prices, and plan profits;
  • receive practical tools for starting your own business;
  • develop a basic plan for your micro-project;
  • improve your financial literacy and economic capacity.

 

Mentors will be by your side to help you work through challenges, and a team of like-minded people will support you at every stage of learning.

Classes take place in Lviv, at the Academy Training Center at Petrushevycha Square, 3.

Class schedule: twice a week from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
