She is full of desire to share her own experience and help veterans adapt to civilian life and find a worthy job in IT.

IT Lecturer at the NGO “Academy for Heroes”.

Product-oriented Full-Stack developer and technical mentor with practical experience in creating, developing, and launching web applications — from idea to production deployment. I work with React / Next.js and NestJS / Node.js, paying special attention to clean architecture, solution scalability, and creating real value for users. In addition to development, I am actively involved in mentoring and supporting junior developers, helping them master complex concepts through structured learning, practical tasks, and examples from real projects. Passionate about creating products that have a tangible impact, sharing knowledge, and developing strong engineering teams.

IT Lecturer at the NGO “Academy for Heroes”, Senior Web and Mobile Application Engineer.

He has many years of experience in software development, architecture design, and technical coordination of digital projects. He specializes in creating high-load web applications and cross-platform mobile solutions from idea to release. He has deep expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, ensuring product stability, security, and scalability. He has successful experience in providing technical support for socially significant and charitable initiatives, as well as adapting modern IT solutions to user needs.

Artificial Intelligence Lecturer at the NGO “Academy for Heroes”.

Expert in digital innovation and artificial intelligence, Chief Innovation Implementation Manager at Raiffeisen Bank Ukraine with over 19 years of experience in IT, financial technology, and innovation management. He leads the implementation of AI solutions in the bank, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Codex, and other generative artificial intelligence tools, as well as the development of AI agents and the internal AI ecosystem. PhD in Economics, MBA graduate with honors, lecturer, and promoter of modern technologies. He actively works on developing AI literacy among young people and adults, teaches the basics of artificial intelligence to children of military personnel, coordinates the student AI club at IT Step University, and gives guest lectures at higher education institutions. He believes that artificial intelligence is one of the key tools of the future and that access to quality knowledge about it should be open to everyone.

English Language Lecturer at the NGO “Academy for Heroes”

Experienced lecturer with many years of experience preparing pupils and students for international English language exams such as FCE, TOEFL, and IELTS. Skillfully combines theoretical methodology with practical experience and skills in language teaching. Has an understanding of how to lead students to the desired result.

Veteran and English Language Lecturer at the NGO “Academy for Heroes” (with experience living in English-speaking countries).

In her work, she focuses on developing practical language skills, particularly understanding spoken English and confident communication in real-life situations. She helps students overcome the language barrier and start using English as an effective tool for learning, work, and everyday life.

Project Manager at the NGO “Academy for Heroes”, 1st-year master’s student majoring in Management at Lviv Polytechnic National University.

At the Academy for Heroes, she is responsible for coordinating educational programs and partner projects, ensuring effective interaction between participants, lecturers, employers, and the organization’s partners. She has experience working in educational, social, and entrepreneurial projects, including cooperation with the NGO “Ambassadors of Education” (2023), the Danish Refugee Council (DRC) (2024), and other organizations. She combines managerial thinking, a project-based approach, and a sincere belief that quality education is one of the most effective tools for recovery, development, and creating new opportunities.

She has many years of experience in managing and coordinating charitable and social projects, developing grant applications, and cooperating with international partners and donors. She specializes in creating and implementing initiatives aimed at supporting vulnerable groups, including internally displaced persons, women, veterans, young people, and people affected by the war.
