OpenSystem Administrator is an information technology specialist responsible for configuring, maintaining, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems and networks. Their main tasks include setting up operating systems, installing and updating software, monitoring resource performance, ensuring information security, and promptly troubleshooting issues.
Technical Support Manager / Technical Support Representative is a specialist responsible for providing technical support to users of the company’s products or services. They help resolve technical issues, consult clients and employees, and ensure that every request is handled promptly and efficiently.
Depending on their experience, they may also coordinate the work of the support team or participate in the implementation of new service processes.
The profession of a system administrator remains one of the most in-demand in Ukraine, as evidenced by the large number of job openings on Jooble: over 3,360 active listings, including nearly 900 new ones in the last week (as of June 2025).
Career prospects offer opportunities for growth in technical roles (senior system administrator, DevOps engineer, IT systems architect) as well as managerial positions (head of IT department, IT director).
The Support Manager position also remains consistently in demand in the Ukrainian job market. As of June 2025, Jooble lists over 200 active vacancies, with 75 new offers added in the last week alone.

1. Where and when? Classes are held offline in Lviv, at the Academy’s Training Center on Petrushevycha Square, 3 — twice a week from 17:30 to 20:00;
2. Teamwork and communication – learning goes beyond the classroom. In the Academy’s Discord channel, you’ll work on team projects, share experiences, and receive support from instructors;
3. Expert intensives – every 2-3 months, we organize meetings with specialists from IT companies. This is an opportunity to master new tools, upgrade your skills, and ask questions directly to industry experts;
4. Materials after classes – all presentations, guides, and useful links are stored in Google Classroom. You will have access to them even after the course is completed;
