As part of the Full Stack and Marketing & Sales in IT training programmes, veteran students had a hands-on session with the heads of several departments at Bank Lviv.
During the visit, the students learned how the bank operates internally, how decisions are made, which methodologies and approaches are applied, how marketing works in tandem with IT, and what drives the strategy that keeps the bank flexible, efficient, and customer-oriented.
The students were particularly impressed by the interdisciplinary format of the tour, which blended IT and marketing and offered a deeper understanding of a shared vision, common goals, and cross-functional teamwork through practical cases, fresh insights, and open dialogue.
They were equally inspired by the bank’s internal initiatives – from improvisation workshops for managers to comprehensive wellness programmes for employees across all divisions. The atmosphere of support, professionalism, and openness was something the students truly felt.
