What really happens behind the scenes of the game development industry? The students of Academy for Heroes had the chance to find out first-hand by visiting the office of Stepico Games, a company that creates games for millions of players worldwide.
The tour for our participants was led by Andrii Dvorchyn, Chief People Officer, and Mykhailo Tsymbala, Recruitment Lead. They not only spoke about the team’s daily work but also shared real stories from their professional experience. They showed that the path into IT can be very different for everyone, but the key is continuous skill development.
